OUR PHILOSOPHY

Many consulting firms do a good job of “facilitating”; however, facilitation doesn’t serve most institutions well. It simply produces more of what companies already know. In contrast, Focus 10 Educational Consulting works with institutions to prepare an informed and objective analyses of an instutition’s strengths (leverage) and weaknesses (address) in order to develop, implement and sustain highly effective strategic plans.
